Todd Herman

When I first heard Todd Herman speaking, I was hooked! I thought he is something around late 20s or 30-ish, as he looks young and sounds fresh, but he’s actually around 40. I think. It doesn’t really matter, so I won’t google that.

Maybe it’s the sports connection that got me hooked (I played soccer for 12 years, also in youth national teams of Estonia).

Todd has worked with athletes for about 20 years. He helps them to perform when it matters. Builds alter egos, removes the insecurities and limitations due process and a lot more. And it’s effective.

He has countless success stories and has worked with big soccer teams (f.e. Real Madrid), NFL teams, Olympic athletes etc. I’ve linked videos and interviews below, so you can hear about his past successes in more detail from the man himself.

When Todd Herman was in early 20s, he got himself a mentor that changed his life. None other than Jim Rohn himself. I can’t even imagine how much effect having Jim Rohn as a mentor has on someone’s life, especially in early 20s. Jim mentored Todd for 13 years! Impressive stuff.

Here’s an interesting fact about Todd – from early career, he has sent out hand-written letters to people every week. Love this idea. Matter of fact, once I heard it, I started to do the same.

As for entrepreneurs, Todd has a program called The 90 Day Year. It’s the program that other course creators, CEOs and entrepreneurs follow and endorse. If you want to be productive and really fulfill your potential, then check it out.

Thanks to Todd, I’ve built my own business alter ego, and this alter ego of mine has all the qualities I am lacking. He performs when needed. And for this, I don’t shy away from praising his stuff.

Introduction from Todd’s website

His professional programs are in 19 of the Fortune 50 companies, delivered to over 200,000 professionals annually in 73 countries. In 2010 he was honored at the Cannes International Advertising Festival with being “The World’s Greatest Salesperson”. He’s been featured on Sky Business News, The Today Show & Today Show Australia, the NY Times, CBS Radio, Huffington Post, Business Insider and the Boston Herald has called him a “Training Superstar”.

NB! Todd has three (according to my knowledge) main websites:, and
