Master Productivity and Eliminate Noise

Productivity. How many of us are battling with this one.
Sure, many of us deceit ourselves with the “busy work”. E-mails, pointless meetings, doing stuff that we really shouldn’t be doing but delegating. In short, not being productive.
I get stressed if I don’t get shit done during the day. And I don’t mean answering to 50 e-mails. I mean productive, deep work.
For example, when I do 10 sales calls a day, create new offerings for clients, new facebook campaigns..that stuff gets me tired, as it needs focus and real thinking.
But we get caught up with mixing what we have to do vs what we actually do. Or we can’t prioritize what’s important and what’s not.
Many entrepreneus and organizations use Eisenhower Matrix. It’s a well-known tool.
Eisenhower Matrix answers to following questions:
- Important, but not urgent.
- Urgent and important.
- Urgent but not important.
- Not important and not urgent.
